Guo Kai is Executive President and Senior Fellow of the CF40 Institute. He previously worked as an economist at the International Monetary Fund and held senior positions at the People’s Bank of China. His research focuses on the Chinese economy, macroeconomic policy and international finance, drawing on extensive experience in both Chinese and international financial institutions.
